Non-metal Themed Mixtape Game

I never said it was metal, just lazy as fuck. I don't give a fuck about the rest of that drivel you wrote, eat dick.

Cool. I'll make sure to give every Wishbone Ash song a 0/10 in the future for being obvious to metal people that listen to non-metal.

If there's a line separating the realms of metal and nonmetal apart, this track dances back and forth all around the line testing your ass. It's perfect for stirring shit up.

It's like clearly blues rock riffs and even arguably hard rock vocals but just played well, heavily, with emotion, and the low end turned up

That said I think hard rock items clearly on one side should be fine to submit

Public Service Broadcasting - Go! 4/10

Everything about this screams educational advert on TV targeted at vanilla faggots. Not for me.

P.E.P.E. - Shadilay 5.5/10

I like Italo-disco, this was an okay example of the style. Rather throwaway. Pepe memes are gay.

Last Flight Out - Plus One 1/10

No.

Pere Ubu - 30 Seconds Over Tokyo 9/10

Finally something actually good and boy is it good.

The Gathering - Liberty Bell 3/10

Exactly the kind of rock music I hate, it's like a mish-mash of mainstream 90's grunge-lite and stoner rock with a mild hint of boring psychedelia. Put this back in the discount bin at that record shop in the movie High Fidelity where it belongs, maybe some fuckhead with spiky bleached hair will buy it for his hairy wannabe Daria girlfriend.

Hot Snakes - LAX 5.5/10

It's okay. Repetitive but not really worth repeating.

Egypt - Touch Ground 6/10

Something by Monster Magnet would have been a much better choice.

Catherine Faber - Providence Skies 7/10

Based on a pretty cool video game. I like her.

The Lillingtons - Black Hole in My Mind 4/10

Not a fan of this kind of mongoloid cross between radio pop/sk8 punk and garage rock. Reminds me too much of The Offspring and I hate that shit.

Air - Seven Stars 6.5/10

I prefer the jazz Air from America, but this is okay. Sounds really pretty and I dig the drumming a lot.

Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Karn Evil 9 3rd Impression 7.5/10

Fantastic and epic tune! Much needed after this pretty fucking forgettable playlist honestly...

John Murphy - Sunshine (Adagio in D Minor) 6/10

Not mind blowing, but not bad either. Too cheesy to really have the kind of impact you know it's attempting.

Well, Baroque and Grumbles have both been online since I notified them and have not responded. I'm just gonna end this now.

Loved this. Thank you Sirjack for giving me a perfect playlist opener.

Plus One - Last Flight Out

Fuck this song in general but especially right now.
0/10

Pere Ubu - 30 Seconds Over Tokyo

Fucked up. No wonder this won because it's metal as fuck. I thought Pere Ubu was a punk band and I guess they are but this sounds more like really dark late 60s psych rock in some ways.
9/10

The Gathering - Liberty Bell

Liberty stand for freedom, oh hail the flag that set us free! Standing righteous symbolic of strength, our hopes for freedom to be.
4/10

Hot Snakes - LAX
